What to Bring to a Runway Show as A Model
You booked a runway show. Congratulations! The question is: What should you bring to the venue on show day?
Before I share my list of the items you should always have with you. Let’s talk about preparation.
Do your best to get a good night’s sleep the night before the show. You want to look and feel well-rested. Limit any alcohol, sugar, and salty foods, as these increase bloating and puffiness. Stick to water, good-quality protein, and complex carbohydrates.
Shower before arriving for the show and make sure your hair is washed clean and styled in a simple, natural way. Shave any body hair if needed and lotion your body.
Guys; ask if they want a clean-shaven look or prefer some facial hair for the show.
